All laser therapy must be through veterinary referral. Anna-Lise is an IAAT member and also the holder of a RACE approved AIMLA certificate. This means that you can claim for treatment on insurance, but we advise you to check with your insurer. 

The form is a combined Laser/Hydrotherapy form.  If you only need laser, please state so in the conditions box.
